Puerta del Sol can be reached within 6 min walk, also Metro and Train are very close from it. Very bright, spacious, with brand new furniture and appliances. Beautiful natural light. 120 m from the Delicias Metro. with Air Conditioning/Heating. Near: Atocha Station, Reina Sofía Museum, El Prado. 500 m from the Delicias RENFE Station (Railway) that connects directly to Barajas Airport T4. Four stops (Metro) from Puerta del Sol. 500 m from Matadero and Madrid Río. IMPORTANT: I have lowered the prices until October 30, because they are changing the ELEVATOR and only the stairs will be used (it is comfortable). It is a 5th floor.
