Beautiful natural light. 120 m from the Delicias Metro. with Air Conditioning/Heating. Near: Atocha Station, Reina Sofía Museum, El Prado. 500 m from the Delicias RENFE Station (Railway) that connects directly to Barajas Airport T4. Four stops (Metro) from Puerta del Sol. 500 m from Matadero and Madrid Río. IMPORTANT: I have lowered the prices until October 30, because they are changing the ELEVATOR and only the stairs will be used (it is comfortable). It is a 5th floor.

It is located 5 minutes from the CANILLEJAS metro station, direct line to Gran Vía/Callao. We are also close to the AIRPORT, IFEMA and the ATLETI Stadium. In addition, you can visit such beautiful places as El Capricho Park, Juan Carlos Park or La Quinta de los Molinos.

Friendly House

You are going to stay in our home which we occasionally rent when we are not on the floor. You will enjoy the house just for you, in the middle of Madrid where you can walk to the main tourist sites. It is a very comfortable, modern and fully equipped apartment. You will have access to fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, air conditioning in living room and fans in rooms. A third room is kept closed to keep our belongings.
