A four-minute walk from the bullring of Las Ventas, very well connected , with metro and numerous direct buses to the historic center. Very calm and quiet area, but very close to typical restaurants and commercial establishments, very tree-lined. Apartment with separate bedroom, living room with full bathroom and small patio. Very bright and decorated with original art pieces. Weekly cleaning and a change of towels and towels included. There is possibility of garage.

Beautiful brand new studio-bedroom

Relax and unwind in this quiet and stylish accommodation in Madrid. It is a safe residential area. You have buses that connect to various areas of the cityMadrid. There are several metro stations about 15 min walk; the buses 2 minutes walk in front of the house. There are supermarkets, banks, hairdressers, pharmacy, dry cleaner/laundry nearby and I offer a washing and drying service (not ironed) for a small amount. There is also good communication with the airport.
