Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy reading, boating, swimming and beautiful views of Lake Murray. If you have a pet there is tons of space for them to run around and even go swimming in the lake. The location is a bit remote, so it is super quiet and serene. There is a gas station, Dollar General, and restaurants 5 minutes away. It is a central location: 10 minutes from the town of Saluda, 10 minutes from Batesburg, 20 minutes from Newberry, and 20 minutes from Lexington.

Enjoy our Waterfront getaway on Lake Murray. It includes a private boat ramp, private dock, and over 600 sq ft deck across the entire lake front of the home. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities.
This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports.
We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered.
The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.

Lower level of the house is all yours- incl. bedrm, bathrm, living rm & patio. Kitchenette-No stove, but there's a small kitchen sink, gas grill, full size fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & dishes. We provide linens, coffee, cream, sugar. Dog friendly -1 dog if you agree to our rules.
