Reservations and refunds during the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic games

If something changes during the Tokyo Olympic or Paralympic games, here’s some helpful information to know about how it may affect your reservation:

• If either games are canceled, any refund you get will be determined by your Host’s cancellation policy. This also applies if there’s a change in the games schedule and your place to stay isn’t available for different dates. Find out more about refunds for cancellations.
• Our Extenuating Circumstances Policy doesn’t apply to reservations during the Olympic and Paralympic Games if there are any changes for spectators.
