Set on a former dairy farm, on the Berkshire/Hampshire border, The Hay Loft is a newly converted first floor studio flat finished to a superb standard. With views of Watership Down, The Hay Loft is off a quiet country lane leading directly into the Greenham Common nature reserve; it offers a very restful, rural retreat. Ideal for cyclists, hikers and nature-lovers, red kite circle overhead, deer wander through and we even have a tame local peacock! Close to Highclere Castle, Newbury Racecourse.

Stay in our happy, friendly home. Been lovingly restored over the past 7 years. Get to London in 25 minutes by train. Frequent trains to Gatwick and buses to Heathrow. Excellent bus service to get you around Reading or walk to town centre in 15 - 20 minutes. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants 5 minutes walk away. Three double rooms available, the other two are listed separately. All rooms on the same floor of the house. Guests share a separate toilet and shower room. No en-suites.
