Villa-apartment, 5 rok, with own garden

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, private garden, terrace, barbecue. Fully equipped; dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Close to Visby Sommarland Kneippbyn and nature reserve with beach. On the upper floor there is a separate storage room with own entrance, which is not included(can be rented separately). The wing building is not included. Our home is lent a few weeks (while we are in the cabin) as self-catering. You come and leave yourself with code locks. Take it like your own home while you borrow it. There are pillows and duvets. Bring your own sheets and towels.

The house is built 2014 and the guest house 2019. The house is open plan on the lower floor and is modern and spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped with machines from Husqvarna and solid dining table. There is a fireplace. There are five bedrooms with two beds in each bedroom. Heated floors in the whole house. Two bathrooms, washing machine and dryer available. The guest house has one bedroom and one sofa bed. Large patio in the west with gas grill and outdoor furniture. Wireless internet exists. NOTE THAT BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED BY GUESTS

Charming villa with 6 beds for rent.

Older charming villa in quiet villa area in Southern Visby is rented to family with children (not party people). The house consists of four bedrooms, kitchen as well as living room with older style, carpenter's delight and stairs (not accessible). Upstairs: Bedroom 1: 90-bed Bedroom 2: walk-through room with double bed. Downstairs: Bedroom 3: 105-bed bedroom 4: king bed The house is rented moon-moon with access at 15.00 and departure at 11.00. Note: on the property there is a separate farm house with two beds that we also rent out.

Here you live in a quiet area in central Visby, only a 5-10 minute walk to the Ring Wall. Large kitchen, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, bedroom 1 and 2 with double bed, bedroom 3 with 120 bed, bedroom 4 with two 90 beds. Large patio with outdoor furniture, sunbeds as well as gas grill and charcoal grill, sunny position all day, as well as evening sun and also garden. Garage and Driveway with space up to 4 cars. EXTRA: if you are more than 8, I have a detached apartment on the plot, which is suitable for 3 people.

Spacious villa in visby with outdoor spa

Spacious newly renovated villa in southern visby perfect for the family with children. The villa is located in a peaceful residential area with the forest next to the plot boundary. Scenic areas around, including exercise tracks, outdoor gyms, etc. You can also stay with two very nice cats who come and go as they please, they have a cat door and a feed dispenser. Hot tub in bathroom and Spa bath outdoors. It takes about 30-40 minutes to walk to the city center. Bike 15 min. Car 5 min.

Beautiful stone house with sea view and sunset

Beautiful stone house, designed by an architect and adapted for the site's elevated location with a magical view of meadows, fields, fishing village and sea. The area is very popular for recovery. All floors are made of concrete, the interior is bright and of high quality. Large social kitchen and family room in open plan and wood burning stove. Bathroom with sauna. The house has a patio with dining area, sunbeds, parasol, gas grill and pizza oven. There are 2 bikes to borrow.

Lovely house inside the city wall.

Östra Tullgränd 7 is a cozy house in the best location inside the city wall. It is a house suitable for all family and friends constellations, small and a bit larger. It is only a hundred meters to Östercentrum with its shops and a stone's throw to Stora Torget with its restaurants. We welcome everyone to our home!
