Glide from bedroom, to sauna, to open terrace at a sophisticated apartment with striking contemporary flourishes. Windows soar to 5m-high ceilings, and circular mirrors sparkle in the light. Parquet floors and fluffy textiles add depth and warmth. Please notice that we are taking extra care to disinfect our space due to COVID-19 to make sure our guests feel comfortable. Two floor loft is situated on top floor, has sauna, balcony and open terrace. There are 3 rooms and all amenities for a pleasant stay. It’s ideal stay for 4, but can accommodate up to 6. There is open living room with nice modern kitchen including all utensils needed for cooking. Bedroom on 1st floor has 2 comfortable single beds, wardrobe, darken curtains. Bedroom on 2nd floor with queen-size bed is open to living room downstairs. Living room sofa-bed can be opened for 2 if needed. 2 modern bathrooms with shower and toilets, sauna, washing machine, dishwasher, flat TV and high-speed WiFi. The floor is from wooden parquet, ceiling is 5 m high, there are large windows and sea view. Safe parking space in the building is available on request.   Our apartment is meant for families or trustful group of friends. Parties, events or loud noise are not allowed. Apartment is non-smoking, smoking is allowed only outside the building. Use public transport of Tallinn or Taxify application – high quality taxi service with controlled pricing.

Our cozy apartment is located in the very heart of Tallinn in a renovated old spirit factory, built in 1888. It offers something for everyone from every direction. Across the street starts the old town. Top 50 restaurants and cafes are located in the stretch of the same building. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter where you can do shopping. The harbour and seaside is 5 min walk. My place is perfect for both from solo adventurers to small families with kids. Free parking.
