My place is close to Champier (38260). Not far from the Circuit du Laquais. (Kart, 3000 plan,etc.) There is, however, no noise pollution! You'll love my place because of the outdoors spaces, the calm, the tranquility and the walks ! A small fishing pond is at your disposal as well as a bread oven!
