Independent accommodation of 45 m2 in annex to my house. Lake access by foot in 20 minutes. Breathtaking view from the garden floor where you can have a coffee overlooking the lake, the forest, the mountain ranges and Mont Blanc . Access to the swimming pool of the house possible (July-August), note it is only one above ground and it is not covered so leaves can fall in between daily cleaning at the net:) Start of trail/hiking right from the house.
