Small cottage/ guest house

Cozy little cottage in the countryside. There are horse pastures and the forest around the knot and with a 10-minute walk you are out on Biskops-Arnö. There are docks, swimming area, exercise loops, a 600 year old oak and much more! Bålsta can be reached by car in 15 minutes and Stockholm at 50. It is recommended to come by car. The cabin has a kitchen and sleeping loft. On the loft there is a 120 cm bed and a 90 cm mattress. The toilet and shower are in the same building, the shower is shared with us who live in the square (if we are home).

The house is beautifully situated near both Lake Mälaren (Ekoln) and Uppsala. It is 150 meters down to the pier in Lake Mälaren. Hammarskogs Manor with café is within walking distance. The house is a narrow elongated guest house of about 30 square meters with 4 rooms in a row. A bedroom, a kitchen/dining room and toilet, a shower/laundry room and finally a sauna. The house is best suited for two people but you can stay more as there is a folding bed and also a cot. The house also includes a lovely terrace to enjoy when the weather allows.
