Fisherman's house 50 m from the beach by road!

The cottage is a fisherman's house for 4/6 people (2 bedrooms). Very quiet, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. The cottage is equipped with the necessary equipment for your vacation (dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue...) For your peace of mind, sheets and towels are provided. The house consists of a living room (convertible sofa), a bathroom, a separate kitchen overlooking an enclosed garden facing south with its wooden terrace and fruit trees. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs.

My home, very comfortable, is in the countryside. It is close to the sea (5Km), the landing beaches (50min from the cottage), the Caen Memorial (1h), Mont Saint Michel (1h40 from the cottage), the Channel Islands... You can also visit the Cité de la Mer (aquarium, submarine, exhibition on the Titanic...), the animal park of Montaigu la Brisette (10min from the cottage), you will be close to the marshes of Cotentin and Bessin, the house of the biscuit of Sortosville-en-Beaumont.

At the heart of the family farm, a Sports Horse Breeding, the Loft de la Sauvagerie can accommodate 4 people in an exceptional setting not far from the beautiful beaches of Cotentin, between the marina of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue and Barfleur. Lovely little house in one of the most beautiful villages in France. Private beach access, shops in the village 5 min walk, fish sale at the arrival of boats on the port and St Jacques shells in season. Quiet neighborhood, rest and large spaces assured. Beautiful walks to do along the coastline, the Gatteville lighthouse nearby. You can admire in good weather the sunrise on the beach.
