The bungalow is located in a two-level complex, our Bungalow is on the ground floor with a private terrace. It consists of four rooms: 3 bedrooms and a living room with kitchen, a total area of 85 meters. The gate closes on the lock, near the entrance you can leave strollers, scooters, bicycles. The complex is closed, nobody without password or key can enter inside. On a common territory there is jacuzzi, two adult swimming pools, one children's pool, a children's playground with a soft field, showers, natural grass and landscaping. There is also a special entrance for strollers. The complex is equipped with video cameras. In 20 meters from the complex in the direction to the sea there is another playground, in front of it there is a special outdoor sports area. Walk to the beach takes 5 minutes. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants. One of them is known for its sea dishes all over the coast, the number of dishes exceeds 500. For those who like disco in the evening, one of the restaurants turns into a disco and an outdoor bar. Here along the sea you can arrange a run or a walk morning or evening as here we have very nice renewed embankment to the neighboring town. For those who likes to spend quiet evenings in 5 minutes walk there is a park with eucalyptus and coniferous trees, on which the squirrels jump searching for food. In the park there is also a wonderful restaurant in the form of a boat, and a children's playground. In a 5-minute walk is a large shop where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood and household chemicals. In 10 minutes of walk there is one more shop, the choice of everything is even more. There is also an ATM and a pharmacy in 10 minutes walk. Our bungalow is in a two-storied complex, all bungalows are divided into a ground floor or the second floor. Ours is on the ground floor with a separate terrace, consists of four rooms: three bedrooms and a living room combined with kitchen, the total area is 85 square meters. The gate closes with a lock, strollers, scooters, bicycles can be left near the entrance. The complex is closed, no one can enter without a key and password, there is a jacuzzi, two adult swimming pools, one children's pool, a children's playground with soft covering, showers, natural grass and landscaping. There is a special entrance for strollers. The complex is equipped with video cameras. 20 meters from the complex towards the sea there is another playground, opposite it there is a special outdoor sports area. The beach is a 5-minute walk. There are also numerous cafes and restaurants. One of them is known for its sea dishes all over the coast, with more than 500 dishes. For disco enthusiasts, in the evening, one of the restaurants turns into a disco and an outdoor bar. The renovated promenade can be arranged in the morning or evening or walk along the sea to the nearby town. And for lovers of relaxation, a 5-minute walk away is a park with eucalyptus and pine trees, where squirrels and bunnies jump in search of food. There is also a wonderful boat-like restaurant in the park and a children's playground nearby. Within 5 minutes walk there is a large shop where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood and household chemicals. There is another store within a 10-minute walk, there is even more choice, there is also an ATM and a pharmacy.

Our cosy and modern bungalow is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. There is a solarium with stunning views to the sea. It is walking distance to a variety of bars, shops and restaurants. There are many excellent beaches just a short 10 minute drive away. A car is advisable. Please note: Due to a change in the law by the Communidad de Valenciana, all Airbnb hosts in this area are only able to accept bookings for 10 days or less.
