Very big 160 m2 appartement, completely renovated, modern and always double cleaned for your safety, new furniture, houses up to 12 people, airconditioning, Tv, free Wi-Fi, elevator. 1 minute walking from the beach, shops and restaurants. Nevertheless in a quiet street. Ideal place for perfect sun vacation. July-september the temperature of the sea is 28 c. The sea is very calm. Very relaxed village with rich history, 20 minutes from Alicante, with all museums and shopping malls.

We have a lovely west facing townhouse/Villa, with a communal pool, free WIFI, 2 bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes, Open plan living dinning area and a fully fitted kitchen. Additionally there is a terrace area from the main entrance ideal for sun bathing from 11 am till sunset. Only 300 meters from the beautiful Mediterranean sea with plenty of bars and restaurants around. Alicante airport is 45 minutes (58kms) and Murcia airport is 40 minutes (34kms).
