This is a quirky unit that has been separated out from the main house with its own ranch slider entry and a double door in hall way separating it out, it has high ceiling in living zone, native timber floors in service areas and the bedroom is spacious with a view out to garden . It is clean, modern and close to Bethlehem shops restaurants cafes takeaways and bar. The property is set on the banks of the Wairoa river with amazing views from many aspects when venturing, gardens and lawns .

The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, just off the main Pyes Pa Road. Approx 6 kms to Bayfair shopping. Quiet location.

The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

This apartment is fully kitted out with all that you need. The apartment is in one side of the house and is self contained. Use of the spa is included between 6 pm and 9 pm. PS infant under 2 can stay for free (porta cot available on request) PS Marshall the cat loves pats.
