Often referred to as a 'home away from home', situated next to our character home, it is surrounded by gardens, offers outlook and privacy. It features a bedroom with queen bed, ensuite, living area with kitchen, smartTV, wi-fi, washing machine and a pool to cool off in summer! Centrally located in Otumoetai, walking distance to the harbours edge and cafes, 3.5kms to Tauranga's CBD and a 12 min drive to the Mount.

Beach is right across the road. Voted "Best Beach in New Zealand 2020" Stunning location. This is a fully self contained Studio by the famous Marine Parade, footsteps to Mt Maunganui beach. Includes bathroom, kitchenette and small studio living area, queen bed, but no view from Studio. Small kitchenette with microwave, toaster, fridge and a double top cooker. The Studio is one of the few Mt places so close to the beach. Great swimming, surfing, walking and beautiful sunrises, for early risers.

This cabin is self contained and it has a lovely personal, romantic touch to the room with a very comfortable Queen-size bed. The cabin is complimented by a spacious deck with water views and walnut trees. It is situated on a 20 acre rural property with a 20 minute drive to downtown Tauranga, and a 10 minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing dining and shopping center's. A small outside area with table and chairs. Property is up a tree lined driveway well off the main road with parking. The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, just off the main Pyes Pa Road. Gorgeous spot to chill

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A home away from home... Look out over the reserve in this quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location to Tauranga CBD and the Mount. This apartment is fully kitted out with all that you need. The apartment is in one side of the house and is self contained. Use of the spa is included between 6 pm and 9 pm. PS infant under 2 can stay for free (porta cot available on request) PS Marshall the cat loves pats.
