The Annex has it's own access and is connected to the house via a lockable door. Guests have sole use of the bed sitting room and adjoining shower room and outside decked area. You can choose either queen or single beds. Towels, toiletries and bed linen are provided. There are 9 steps up to the Annex therefore access is not suitable for wheel chair users or people with significant mobility issues. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board.
