(Does not have a beach view) it's 'One Open Concept' condo, but roomy, well designed, comfortable, bright, with a nice little balcony. The unit has a complete kitchen, diner table for 4 people, kitchen appliances, bbq & basic utensils, AC, tile, and other amenities. The building has a very easily accessible elevator and some jumbo size carts available to carry your belongings. Come & Visit SPI!

Stunning Condo Featured On HGTV-Steps To The Beach

Our condo was featured on HGTV. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths - everything you could want for your vacation only half a block from the beach, with two pools and a hot tub. Condo sleeps 6 adults easily (1 king and 2 full beds) and there is a premium air mattress available for use in the living area. Combination of 8 people can stay in the condo comfortably. We are only allowed to accommodate 6 adults in the condo per our HOA rules.
