Beautiful and lake house from the 1800s, about 100 km from Stockholm. Proximity to lakes, bike paths and hiking trails in the woods and countryside. Cozy up by the fire or in the sauna. In the fall of 2024, simpler spa rituals are offered, guided or independently executed. The house sits on an old farm, in the middle of the Sörmland idyll. On the backside of the house there is part of plot that is disposed of by the guests and a furnished terrace facing south with lake view as well as barbecue area. Modern house on the sea plot with a private jetty secluded location

You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Cozy farmhouse with history from the nineteenth century. Here you live nicely and sleep well, perfect starting point for excursions! Close to road 52, in the middle of the community and a horse feed factory in the local area that can sound daytime weekdays, but in the evenings and on weekends it is quiet. You charge the electric car at Stigtomtagården, just a short walk away. 15 km to Nyköping, 10 min to Skavsta airport, 30 min to Kolmården Zoo, 5 km to Norrköping and 10 km to Stockholm.

Here at Enebacken, you live on a secluded plot with a few minutes walk to the nice beach. The house consists of a double bedroom, a loft with two single beds and a combined living room and hall with sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped and it is fine to eat both inside, on the patio or in the patio. There is both a wood stove and fireplace if there is not bathing weather. There are plenty of play areas and a child friendly beach just around the corner.

We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment.
