Open and spacious apartment, 37 m2 floor area. Bright and fresh surface with kitchenette and WC with shower. Wi-Fi and TV. Double bed for two, sofa bed for 2. The guest apartment is on top of our double garage. The place is about 40 sqm, and the ceiling is quite low at some places (please check the photos). We live in a house about 50 meters in front of the apartment. From the apartment you reach (by foot) the train station in 3 minutes, the city center in 10 minutes and the dome church in 5 minutes. We have bikes, skate ramp, SUP and other things if you wish to borrow :) Towels and bed sheets are included.

We are in a unique location with both nature and City life. It is 7 min walk to City center, 13 min walk to the harbour with restaurants, pubs, icecream and small shops( mostly in summertime). In the wintertime you can see fly fishing right outside. Stockholm Skavsta AirPort is only 15 min by car. We offer free parking outside or a garage for SEK 100/day. We have no WI-FI.
