No hidden cleaning fee. Located one street back from town and only 500 metres to the river, nearby walking and infamous bike trails. The house is a newly renovated 1950s house with classic iconic features plus modern amenities including 3 reverse cycle air conditioners/ heaters, 50 inch TV and free WiFi . It has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two king size singles. There is also a sofa bed available to sleep on in the back room. Strictly no schoolies or parties.
