The house is super spacious, stylishly designed and filled with comfy furniture. The property has two separate living rooms so you can spread out and enjoy the space. Main level and 2 bedrooms have air-conditioning. Sofa bed provided in second lounge.
Fully-equipped kitchen with oven, induction stove, coffee pods and every little utensil you can imagine. If it’s toast or a roast, you can cook it in this kitchen.
Like all terrace houses in Sydney, there are lots of stairs required to move between the three levels. If you’re waiting for that hip replacement, this may not be the place for you.
Location
Step outside to the vibrant and colourful Riley St. Countless cafes, restaurants, shops, a boutique cinema and the CBD are all just minutes away. Sydney’s famous Oxford Street is just a hop, skip and a jump. Central Station and Chinatown are a short 10 min walk.
The space

A few details
3 bedrooms each with a comfy queen bed featuring a selection of pillow heights and firmness with luxurious sheets and quilts (by Sheridan). An extra double sofa bed is available in the downstairs lounge room which sleeps another 2.
2 bathrooms, each with a shower and the upstairs bathroom has a bath. Fluffy towels by Sheridan and lovely little shampoos and soaps are provided.
Fully-equipped kitchen with oven, induction stove and every little utensil you can imagine. If it’s toast or a roast, you can cook it in this kitchen.
The main level and 2 of the bedrooms have reverse-cycle air conditioning to keep you wintery warm or summery cool.
Unlimited wifi so that you can Netflix and chill to your heart’s content. There are 4 smart TVs throughout the house.
Tea, coffee pods and a fancy coffee maker are all provided to help you start your morning. Complimentary port is provided for you to enjoy a nightcap.
Baby travel cot and high chair available.
Guest have access to the entire house. There is plenty of storage, and you have full use of all the closets and drawers. So you can unpack and settle into the property as if it were your home.
With self check-in using a door keypad, guests can have as much or as little interaction with us as they like. We live nearby and can be reached by phone or Whatsapp at any time.

No parking is included with this property and parking on the street is restricted to 1 hour between 8am - 10pm each day. We do have a limited number of residential parking permits available that enable whole-day stays on the street for small additional fee. There is a parking garage on Goulburn Street that provides all day parking for a daily fee.
