Endless Summer On The Beach

Clean, top floor condo with private balcony and a nice view of the beach and water. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sun rise. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy the beach and visit some attractions. Or go windsurfing or kite boarding. There have been major renovations going on at the complex since 2022. There was a fire beginning of August in building 3, the front of the building has fire damage. Building 2 has not been affected. Currently there is construction work at building 3.

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. We have another house across the street to accommodate more family guests.
