      Highlight accessibility

Guests with accessibility needs search for very specific amenities. A step-free entryway, wider doorways and hallways (at least 32 inches wide), and an accessible-height bed are just some of the features that will make your home a good fit. Listings with accessibility features are prioritized in Airbnb search, so it’s a good idea to highlight them in your amenities and photos.

      Prepare for remote workers

Whether guests are temporarily relocating to be closer to family or taking an opportunity to explore a new community, Airbnb data shows that guests are working remotely now more than ever.

Guests are searching for listings that support remote working and temporary relocations, so it’s smart to think about what they might need to be comfortable, including:

      • Fast and reliable wifi
      • Laptop-friendly workspaces
      • Good lighting
      • Fully equipped kitchens
      • Office supplies

      Showcase kid- and pet-friendly features

More guests are traveling with their whole families. Accommodating children and supporting pets can make your listing more appealing.

To help parents and pet owners avoid lugging bulky items long distance, you might highlight amenities including:

      • A crib and high chair
      • A bathtub
      • Air conditioning
      • A washer and/or dryer
      • Extra cleaning supplies
      • Furniture covers
      • Bowls for pet food and water
      • Towels to wipe off paws at the door

      Add a few thoughtful touches

One of the best ways to boost your reviews is by delighting guests with a few extra amenities, like breakfast foods or a nice coffee setup. From refreshments to pool toys, there are endless ways to take your space to the next level.
