In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! Strandhuiszeeland is luxuriously furnished and has all the comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The kitchen was new and very fully furnished in 2022. In the utility room, there is a washing machine and dryer. Bathroom has a lovely spacious walk-in shower. The master bedroom features a box spring from Swiss Sense. Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long dock for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). In a few minutes you will sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Herring Fleet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day Grevelingen beach (5 min.) or the Norwegian beach (20 min.). Also cozy towns in Zeeland are not far away. The popular tourist city of Rotterdam is only 25 minutes by car.
