Very calm and quiet house of 4 apartments, carefully renovated located between Louise/Parvis/Loix. I am the owner (french and English speaking) and I live on the ground floor. No party in the building. 50 M2 studio with North and South terraces. For one or two intimate people, non-smoking, without animals and above all very quiet like home. Ideal for intellectual profession. If you like nightlife and plan to stay late. Please book another location. Please, book another location.

A nice room in Antoine's Guest House. Beautiful and recently renovated flat: Includes a bedroom with twin beds close to one another, a private bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen. I also provide towels, shampoo, hairdryer, TV and Wi-Fi access. The house is a 2-min. walk from the Central Station and Grand Place. It is also near an underground parking garage (rate is 22 euros for 24 hours). The flat is accessible by an elevator. Hope to see you soon! :-)

The authenticity of the house was preserved as much as possible. When you rent Maison Marguerite entirely you dispose of the entire house.
