La Cure's Cabanon (Medieval Studio B&B)

The Cabanon is a Provence stone build studio, part of the historical house called "La Cure" on the highest elevation point of Menerbes . Located on the second floor facing southwest, you'll access it using an outside stone stair from the garden on the ground floor. Old fashioned but well maintained. It offer a breathtaking view on the Luberon and a most relaxing environment for a few days of peace. Since April this year "La Cure (Historical Guesthouse)" is also available for booking on Airbnb.

Our cozy cabin comprises of 3 small separate buildings set in private woodland next to a 200 year old poplar tree & a gentle rocky stream clattering in the background. The cabin is essentially off-grid meaning the water comes from the stream originating the “chalambelle” on the Ardeche plateau. It is a very old little house which was part of the abbey in the Middle Ages. It was the monk ancient independant cell who was in charge of the vegetable garden of the monastery.
