Villa with private garden, a stone's throw from the sea of Mondello Il Giardino Segreto

It is located in Mondello, 300 metres from the famous white sand beach and the crystal clear sea. In 15 minutes walk (1.5 km) of pleasant walk along the seafront you can reach the square of mondello village with its beautiful seaside village still characterized by the small port of fishing boats and the tuna tower. In spring, autumn and during our mild winter Mondello is a small paradise: you can walk to all the essential services in the context of a pleasant and quiet village (definitely more busy in the middle of the summer season) and, in ten minutes by car, you can easily reach palermo (also connected by buses and, on request, private shuttles). The house is very close to mini market, bakery, pharmacy, bar, restaurants of various levels. Bathing establishments can be reached in minutes by foot. 200 meters from the bus stop for Palermo (the center of the city of Palermo is 9 km from the house), where also stops the free shuttle that - in summer - continuously goes around Mondello. The house, very bright, is located in a street very close to the sea but extremely quiet even in the middle of the summer season. The large private garden (400 square meters), far from the street, hidden by a first gate (shared with the neighboring house) and a second gate for the exclusive use of the villa is a corner of paradise, where silence is interrupted only by the chirping of birds. All the windows and French doors of the house open to the private step. The garden is perfectly maintained with English lawn and some trees that give pleasant shaded areas in the summer. In a stone paved area you will find a dining table and a corner with sofas. The garden is also equipped with two deck chairs and armchairs. At the other end of the garden is an area with wooden slats and canopy floors. A shower with hot and cold water has been installed in a sheltered area of the garden. The villa is finished and furnished with extreme care, the floor is parquet, the kitchen is comfortable and equipped with microwave (also for steam cooking), electric oven, hood, induction hob of the latest generation, large refrigerator with large freezer area, dishwasher, plate, blender. A bathroom is equipped with a corner bathtub (also equipped with a shower). The bedrooms - with double bed - is equipped with bathroom with large shower and two comfortable closets. In the mezzanine, located above the living area, there is a writing desk and a double sofa bed (the mezzanine is very hot in the middle of summer, despite having two portholes). The washing machine is available in the storage room (in addition to the iron and ironing board). The house is equipped with independent heating with boiler (the boiler is located externally, with control inside the house) and with heat pumps that produce hot or cold air. The boiler provides all the hot water needed. TV and stereo are part of the house's equipment. The garden lighting system automatically turns on at sunset (deactivable option). If you wish, you can park your car inside the garden. We can provide you with a camping cot for babies. Two bicycles are available upon request (and upon security deposit). Private transportation service to/from the airport and any other transfers is available with advance notice. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the home. The villa and its private garden will be entirely and exclusively for guests i'll answer any questions you may have. I'll be able to provide all the helpful directions Discover the seaside village of Mondello and its famous beach, where you can enjoy water sports or just enjoy the sun, then take advantage of the house's convenient location and enjoy all the amenities at your disposal. To get around Mondello, the bike is perfect. By the same means (but also on foot) you can take pleasant walks along the waterfront and up to the charming lighthouse and the natural reserve of Capo Gallo. Palermo can be reached by public transport or private shuttle bus (it takes about half an hour by bicycle). Outside of the summer months you can easily park outside the first gate. However, it is possible to park inside, in the first section of the garden. I can provide you with: Full walkway with waterproof cover; Two bicycles (one with a baby seat); Extra bed for small children (not for babies).

The house is part of a complex of houses surrounded by greenery and is located in the Gulf of Solanto. A short distance away you can reach various restaurants, pubs and nightclubs with music and the Solunto Nautical Club. Enjoy a blissful stay in this unique villa just few minutes walk from Mondello beach and all the best local amenities. The house consists of two floors. Two big bedrooms with double beds, a full kitchen, a bright and spacious living room, an outside patio and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a baby cot and a desk. There is also a large garden to relax in total privacy. Guests will have access to the entire house with a separate gated entrance.

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
