Casa Costanza - Cozy and bright apartment in the city center of Palermo
Casa Costanza is located in the heart of the city, in an area well equipped with public transport and services. The apartment, quiet and welcoming, consists of a double bedroom (with the possibility of an additional single bed), bathroom with large shower and well equipped kitchen. We offer courtesy line (shampoo shower) and breakfast. The apartment is equipped with Free Wi-Fi Ultra Fiber and is fully air-conditioned.
We have a toddler bed, bath, changing table and high chair. (Upon request)

The apartment is equipped with Free Wifi Ultra Fiber. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and heater for air heating. The rooms of the house are equipped with air conditioning, SMART TV led 32" and LAN socket.
The kitchen/living room is well equipped: refrigerator, stove top, microwave, coffee maker, tea/infuser infuser and all necessary cooking accessories.
The living room kitchen, very bright and equipped with a sofa overlooks the balcony.
The apartment is on the sixth floor of an architectural relief building. The landing has our other apartment "CASA MANFREDI".
Crossing the entrance of the house you find yourself in a small hallway from which you can access the bathroom to the bedrooms and the living room/kitchen with balcony.

Casa Costanza is located near Via Libertà (the main street in Palermo) and Politeama Garibaldi.

Frequent buses connect the neighborhood to the rest of the city, especially the train and bus station.
A direct bus connects Via Libertà with Mondello beaches.

Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace
The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.
