The guest house is located on the beautiful Östergarnslandet, where some of Gotland's best beaches are located. It is close to the sea, forest and lovely bike paths. The area is characterized by lamb farms and old buildings. It is close to shops, restaurants and several farm shops. From the cottage you have a view over a pasture where there are usually lambs or horses. The cottage is 27 sqm and very efficiently planned with sleeping alcove, toilet and shower and kitchen. I myself live in a nearby house. Sheets and towels can be rented(SEK 250/set).

The use of vid havet

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
