Welcome to my Sunset home! You'll be staying just a minute from the beach, convenient to lots of shops and restaurants, and Golden Gate Park too! We updated our home not too long ago and, being a real-estate agent, I've always loved staging homes with high-end furniture and have definitely brought that passion into our own home :) PLEASE NOTE: CONSTRUCTION NEARBY ongoing teaching housing project right behind our home. There is plenty of space in this unit. Which has private entrance, bedroom, living room , private full bathroom and small kitchen ( not for cooking). The unit is located on the ground floor of our single family house . It is one block from Golden Gate Park in the beautiful residential Richmond District. Walk to music festivals, museums, park and beach. Easy commute by public transportation or by Uber/Lyft/taxi to downtown, Union Square , Chinatown, and Fishermen wharf. No parking offered

Upstairs portion of light-filled art deco corner house with Pacific Ocean view from living room and front bedroom. Known in the neighborhood as the Bubble House, it's decorated with art and character inside and out. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. BBQ on the back deck over the backyard. If you have a regular sized car or SUV, you'll always have a dedicated parking spot on the street right in front of the house blocking (but not in) the driveway.
