I had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent place for 11 weeks! I have been touring for 9 years and in that time I have never found a greater place. I needed to commute downtown to the Orpheum Theater daily and I did that with ease. This is more than a 5-star rental! Go if you dare to experience true luxury in San Francisco! The apartment is your home away from home, it's all yours for the duration of your stay. A large patio in the back is yours with lounge chairs for a nap in the afternoon, table and chairs for your morning breakfast, a BBQ grill & a fountain for relaxation (free lemons from the tree). We're always available to help by PHONE, SMS, EMAIL or just a KNOCK on our door, will get us in person. Merced Manor is relaxing and comfortable with great transport links just minutes from downtown. It's extremely well located—get to Stonestown Galleria or the beach within five minutes or explore the local area rich with eateries and great shopping. Public transportation is straightforward: the No. 23 bus goes east/west along Sloat Boulevard (the neighborhood’s northern limit), and the No. 28 travels north and south along 19th Avenue. The “M” streetcar is an option for downtown commuters, traveling along 19th Avenue (there’s a stop at Stonestown Mall) before veering northeast through the West Portal tunnel to Civic Center, Union Square (25 minutes) and the Financial District in about half an hour. In addition, if you want to use your own car during the day, when you return at night, you do not have to contend with San Francisco's legendary parking problems. Not only is there abundant street parking in front of the house, a rarity for San Francisco, there are no meters or parking permit requirements that would otherwise force you to move your car. Regarding late check-out: We may accommodate you with late check-out if you mention it during the booking process, many times we have other guests waiting to check-in (same day). We need to know in advance.

Beautiful Private Garden Apt. Nr. Golden Gate Park

We built this apartment with the thought that someday we would live in it ourselves. Thus, we chose to go "high end" with construction materials, appliances (Viking stovetop), fixtures and cookware. The apartment opens to our backyard garden, with a patio and bocce court. Two blocks from Golden Gate Park, we are in a safe neighborhood, and are close to main bus lines, museums, great restaurants, and beautiful hikes. I have consistently been a superhost since the program began, ten years ago.

Private, modern Central Sunset suite

Come stay on the 1st floor of our beautiful 3-story house, complete with a separate entrance and private space including a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. You will also have access to our laundry room and backyard garden, and you can use our kitchen upon request. Please note that, while we try to be respectful about noise, sound travels easily in our place. We also have two children and a cat, so you are likely to hear us at times. Welcoming all travelers! With plenty of natural light, this home is in the Sunset neighborhood known for its sleepy charm and beach vibes! Great place to stay if you need a relaxing home base from which to retire to after a day out of seeing the the city. You won't be fighting for any parking as there is one parking spot included. Upstairs unit only w/ garage access to do laundry. Note: I live in a separate unit downstairs with my own separate entrance.

Clean Modern Studio apartment with all new furnishings! Completely private studio and private entrance, desk and work area, The Apartment really is beautiful with lots of light. Tons of free parking.
