Centrally located, best for 2 or one person, one queen bed, access to public transportation with bus stop just 1 min away take you straight to Yale , Quinnipiac University, downtown New Haven and Metro North directly to NYC. Easy access to Merritt Parkway and I-91. Self check in with smart lock. No more than 5 min walking distance to Walgreen’s, Domino Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, Eli’s Brick Oven Pizza, Bread & Chocolate, Whitney Garden (Chinese food)

This is my own apartment while studying at Yale, so all amenities are of extremely high quality. I enjoy playing with interior design and spend most of my summer traveling. This unique place has a style all its own. Gorgeous waterfront view. Newly renovated (2021) kitchen (first floor). Second floor with bath (hot water included) and even better view of the water, especially for the sunrise (what I miss most about this apartment). Full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and bath. Cleanliness is a priority for this rental. Currently only accepting respectful guests with more than one positive review.
