Welcome to a contemporary and comfortable apartment. Built to be relaxing yet functional, the home is spacious and ideal for couples or business travelers. Main highways are a few minutes away. A train station with direct trains to NYC is exactly 1 mile away. It's a great walk if you want to get your steps in. Bayly's Beach is a bike ride away (yes, you can borrow the bikes). Various restaurants on the water are within a 1-mile radius (e.g. Sails American Grill, Rowayton Seafood).

It is located on a tree lined street, just off the park, and is a ten minutes walk to Yale old campus and downtown New Haven. There is plenty of free street parking, out front. With a full kitchen, separate living room with desk and TV, private bedroom, and full bath with tub/shower, it's a nice home-away-from-home, or cozy vacation spot.
