Immaculately presented interiors showcasing stylish furnishings throughout, The Deck features a king size bed in the main room with a queen sized bed in the second room, with both enjoying cooling ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes to combat any storage issues. Additional spaces include a welcoming lounge room with flat screen TV and DVD player, a dining area that seats up to four people, a well-equipped kitchen, a glossy bathroom, and private laundry. Outdoors provides a comfortable outdoor setting and BBQ facilities where guest can showcase the cooking skills! Crisp linen and fluffy towels are also supplied.
Built by Eco housing with a 10-star energy rating, The Deck has 100mm foam installation throughout the walls, floor, and roof keeping it beautifully cool in summer and cosy in the winter months.
