This can cause water damage to the ceiling if it happens over a long period of time. Also please note that the cost of electricity is very high. Please be very conscious of the A/C and use the On/Off button in the living room and in each bedroom in the morning AND before you leave. When you return and turn the A/C back on, it will cool the apartment in less than 5 minutes. Guests will be provided with the contact information of the property manager upon booking. However, if you need a car, there are two covered parking spots in the garage. Conchas Chinas and our areas is unique in that it is a short walk to Los Muertos beach from the condominium lower level. It's also a safe and short walk to the Romantic Zone and old town where there are markets, street fairs, shops and wonderful restaurants and art galleries. You don't have to go to the marina to go fishing you can arrange to go from the large pier near the Playa de Los Muertos. A walk on the Malecon at weekends and holiday time is also a treat for all both young and old. The Mexican people here are friendly and inviting. There are countess outdoor activities for all ages. However, if you need a car, there are two covered parking spots in the garage. If guests request daily cleaning ( maid service ), this can be arranged in advance for an extra daily charge. Price upon application. I will need to be notified as soon as you make your reservation. Also a PRIVATE CHEF is available upon request for a reasonable cost. Delicate Floor and Furniture with light Colors, NO Sun Screen and Tanners inside the unit as they will stain. Common areas have showers to clean off prior to entering the unit. SOFA - Please, wear a shirt when sitting on sofa. Also please no wet clothes on the furniture or chairs. Reason: Hygiene. Also perspiration (sweating) is very acidic and will leave a stain on the material. If sleeping on sofa, please put a sheet found in the closet drawers. FURNITURE - If you leave wet cloths to dry on stained wood furniture it may stain your cloths. Please use towel holder found in guest bathrooms. You may also find they dry faster if placed outside But not on the terrace glass railing. SHOWERS - Please wipe down any excess water on the marble floor after shower to prevent water puddles and water stains. RESTRICTIONS - The number of guests stipulated on the reservation confirmation is the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the unit. If more guests arrive than stated on the reservation confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. RIGHT TO ENTER - The owner's representative has the right to enter the property at any given time on a reasonable schedule, with previous notice to the guests in order to inspect the premises and to undertake and perform duties that they shall have with the owner of the property. PVR AIRPORT - At the airport after picking up your luggage exit to the arrivals area. However to exit you have to go through a corridor with timeshare vendors, ignore them and walk straight past. Travel time by taxi is approx. 20 to 30 min depending on traffic. TAXI to SAYAN CONDOMINIUM - Airport pick-up can be arranged in advance, either a regular sedan or a larger SUV or ‘suburban’ for bigger parties and luggage. Costs upon application. Guests can now also avail themselves of Uber which can be cheaper. But if you want an airport taxi, buy a ticket at one of the booths. Fares are by Zones. We are Zone 2, tell them where you are going and show the map, and get a receipt. A three person cab will cost you $300 pesos or nearly $17 USD. You will keep one receipt copy, and your driver will give one to the clerk as you exit the airport. This is your assurance against being overcharged. Tip is expected and appreciated. CHECK-IN - Check-In is normally between 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-ins after 6:00pm incur a charge of $25USD in cash payable directly to the person who checks you in. This fee will be also applied for flight delays, traffic, etc. Earlier check-ins can be accommodated if the property has been vacant that day, no charge. CHECK-OUT - Check-out is normally 11:00 AM. Late check-outs can also be accommodated if the property is not going to be occupied that day, again no charge. Our property manager will meet you at the front gate for check-in on the day of your arrival. He will also check you out on day of departure.

Gorgeous Condesa House with Beautiful Private Garden

This gorgeous, recently renovated 1920's home features its own private garden, a welcome green oasis in the bustling metropolis of Mexico City. Spend the morning exploring the neighborhood, then retire for a siesta or afternoon coffee on the terrace. This house is the residence of a travel writer and her partner, a renowned Spanish artist. Once owned by Mexico’s Secretary of Education, Jaime Torres Bodet (a founder of our world famous Anthropology Museum) it has been painstakingly restored by the current owners in keeping with the true essence of the property, while adding a personal touch with furniture, objects and art they have collected from all over the world. This is one of the few houses in Mexico with European central heating. ( a must to have during winter ) The house has two stories and a mezzanine. On the main floor is the living room with original chimney and wood floors, kitchen, and dining room that seats 8 people and looks onto a peaceful garden. This floor also contains a half bathroom. On the mezzanine level there’s a Japanese futon and an 1800’s piano—a perfect nook to read, relax, or make music. On the second floor you’ll find the master suite with its own bathroom, balcony and separate TV room that can be used as an extra bedroom with a very comfortable Full bed. When the TV room is used as a bedroom it has his own entrance. Two additional bedrooms on this level share another bathroom: one has a queen-sized bed, the other two twin beds that can be joined to form a king-sized bed. Linens are of the finest quality Egyptian cotton. The house is fully serviced. Our housekeeper Ceci will spoil you with fresh orange juice and a selection of fresh fruit, bread, and homemade jam. And, of course, there’s fresh ground Mexican coffee and an excellent selection of fine teas. (We also offer options for vegan travelers.) This is one of the few houses in central Mexico City with its own private garden, a welcome green oasis in this bustling megalopolis. You can use the public bikes that are in front the church (2 blocks), or in front the bookstore ( 2 blocks to the oposite side ) The taxi stand is 2 blocks from the house You can Uber If you have your own park I have a reserved place in the house. Really well connected! Ceci the house keeper is an amazing cook. She will cook hot breakfast, lunch and dinner upon request. She usually do all the cleaning in the morning, but she can stay longer if you need her. We like to give our guests delicious hot Mexican breakfast. We like them to taste real Mexican home cooking. We are open to vegan, vegetarian, or any specific diet. Luis the maintenance guy will go to the house only is there is a problem to be fixed.

Sit out on the spacious and verdant terrace, ideal for a lush breakfast in the morning or cocktails and fine conversation in the evenings. The interior is extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated, featuring local paintings and artefacts. Enjoy working from home with high speed internet of up to 120MBPS I strive to make this place as comfortable as my own home, I love to have great quality linens, colorful spaces, beautiful plants and always great coffee. The place is spacious, with great sunlight and fresh air; great for just relaxing and getting to know the Mexico City way of life. Guests have full access to the apartment and everything in it. Also they can leave luggage in storage area after checkout. 90% of the time I will receive guests myself, also self check-in is available if preferred. (we have a 24hr doorman). I am always happy to suggest spots to visit or places to go to outside the city and how to get there. The neighborhood is very colorful. It has the perfect combination of liveliness and quiet nights for a good night's sleep. Mercado de Medellin is just around the corner for fresh fruit, vegetables, and grocery shopping. I would suggest getting around the neighborhood simply by walking; bus and subway stations to get downtown are very close. Also, there's a bike-share station outside the building. I love coffee! There will always be several coffee options in the apartment. Please keep in mind that other people and families live in the building. The terrace hours are from 9am to 10pm. La Roma is also known as one of the two culinary centers in town. The apartment is just two blocks away from the iconic Amsterdam Street and Parque Mexico.

This peaceful home is part of Holistika, a yoga and wellness center. Minimalist decor with natural wood and cool stone accents add to the sense of calm. Doze in the garden hammock beneath twinkling fairy lights and float in the villa's private pool. Located in the new residential development called “Holistika" (wellness center and yoga center). Just side to the center of Tulum, in a unique park. This new neighborhood offers nature and wellness. The Villa is composed of three bedrooms, two of them have a king size bed with a full bathroom (one with bathtub) and the other has two queen beds with a shower room separated. We have a TV room with a sofa that can be used as a bed. Fully-equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, oven, freezer, coffee machine, fans, air-conditioning in each room, washer/dryer) with a beautiful “palapa”, garden an a private swimming pool. The resort offers many holistic treatments and fun activities onsite. Restaurants, craft boutiques, and a bakery are within walking distance. Stunning local beaches, remarkable archeological sites, and downtown Tulum are a short drive or cycle away. It's really easy and safety to use transports in Tulum. Walking, biking, taxi service or car rental service. A new bicycle pathway allows you to bike to the beach easily!
