Tequila Route / Available
We meet at 10:00 in Guadalajara to leave in our transport (already included) to the Tequila Route. We visit an artisan factory where we will learn about the process of making Tequila, we will walk through the Agave Fields and enter an underground Cava full of barrels with reposado, añejo and extra-añejo tequila, there we will taste each one of them, since the Tastings are already included and are unlimited. We continue with our tour to the famous Cantaritos del Guero in Amatitan Jalisco, another very beautiful town in our state. From there we go to the historic center of Tequila Jalisco, to see its emblematic places such as Mundo Cuervo, Quinta Sauza and its most famous tequila factory stores. We will have 2 hours of free time so that they can eat and continue tasting tequilas. We will be back at the latest at 7:00 p.m. at the same point where we left in the morning, as all Tequila Experts! We will go by sea scooter to the two sunken ships, these ships have been in the bottom of the Caribbean for over 20 years. Returning to Monina we will take a 30 minute break. You may purchase a snack or drink if you would like while you wait or just relax an look over the beautiful ocean. Traditional Oaxacan cooking class
What you'll do The first step will be to show you the ingredients that you can find in all Oaxacan homes, one of the advantages of our experience is that we have a garden with herbs and organic chilis. Baldo my son will share his knowledge in mezcal. We have an extend variety of agaves and homemade creations that you need to try. An open bar of mezcal is waiting for you. Snacks? Of course but you need to do Oaxacan style which includes worms, chicatanas and chapulines. Fist course we will offer chileajo tostadas and fruit water. Have you heard anything about the metate and how tortillas are made by hand? Here we will show you how to make tortillas, tetelas and memelitas. One of my specialties is salsas made in a molcajete, we will roast the ingredients over charcoal and comal. In every class we make 4 to 6 salsas depending seasonal ingredients. The mole is the emblem of our cuisine and we will make one of the 7 moles from scratch using a metate, you can’t leave our home without tasting our mole negro, chocolate de agua, café de olla, nieves and a delicious cake. Everyone will participate in the different processes, cutting ingredients from the garden, making sauces and of course eating. Remember, when you visit a house in Oaxaca you have to come with an empty stomach. Other things to note The class is available in English too. Pre-Hispanic sunrise of Xochimilco
In the South of the Mexico City, we can find Xochimilco, where prehispanic natives built the chinampas on top of a great lake. This are islands used for agriculture, that through time, conformed a great network of canals, in which we will sail through time, enjoying nature and the presence of its flora and fauna. We will embark on a cayuco (small boat), a little bit before sunrise and we´ll silently watch the birds waking up through the mist, realizing that this is a living ecosystem which is home for several native birds, including migrating ones. We are going to row through the canals, the same way as the natives did it so many years ago. We´ll have a small coffe break and arrive to our chinampa in time for breakfast. Then, we will learn from the ancient and new techniques used at the chinampa to produce a sustainable an organic agriculture. Other things to note: It is advise that guests should know how to swim, just in case ; ) There´s a dry toilet for men and women at the chinampa. As well as water and soap to wash your hands and face.
Make tacos al pastor with a chef
During this experience, you will learn to cook the famous "tacos al pastor" with my dad, a professional instructor and culinary artist, who will share his tips and recipes with you. After we meet, we'll take a trip to the local market to buy ingredients and learn more about Mexican spices and food. Then we'll return to my family home, where you will learn how to marinate the meat for the tacos. You will prepare red salsa, green salsa, and guacamole, and make your own tortillas on the traditional Mexican "comal"—a smooth, flat griddle. At the end, we'll put everything together to make the tacos, sit and enjoy what you have prepared, and learn a little more about Mexican gastronomy. Other things to note We will give you the recipe at the end of the class. You can take the class in English, Spanish, or French. We can also offer a chicken and a vegetarian version.
Journey into a true Hidden Mayan Cenote
After a journey of more than 8km in the middle of the jungle, we will immerse ourselves in a cave and underground river system for a guided exploration, crossing the most surreal rock formations. Helmets well screwed on the head, and water shoes on, we will let our lights pierce the darkness and silence to make way for a world as ancient as magical. During the first part of the visit, which is mainly conducted walking and does not require any specific swimming level, you will understand the deep relationships that link the Mayan civilization and the jungle to the majestic Cenotes. In the last part, we will have the opportunity to swim, relax and snorkel in a fantastic and out of this world natural pool.   We will recover from our emotions and share around a meal composed of local specialties cooked in the jungle on a fire pit. Before taking the road towards the city, towards its lights and its incessant noise, a quick siesta in a hammock will mark the end of our experience in the Jungle of the Yucatán peninsula and the secret of its underground world. Scuba diving in the Underwater Museum & Reef
PADI's Discover Scuba Diving program is the best way to have your first experience in the underwater world. You will have equipment in optimal condition and properly sanitized, there are no extra charges during the activity and we use the newest learning techniques currently available. At the time of booking, you will receive a link to create your PADI account, complete the medical questionnaire and liability waiver and most importantly, the electronic manual with which you will learn the basic skills needed for diving. We'll meet at the diving center at 11:30 AM to practice your skills in the manual, where you'll have your first contact with the scuba diving equipment. At 12:30 we will have a break to be able to leave at 13:00 to the Manchones area, where diving awaits us at the Underwater Museum of Art and the Reef where we will dive for 35 minutes in each place. At the end of this magnificent adventure, we will return to the dive center and on the way we can talk about the creatures and wonders that we observe in our dives, arriving at the pier at 4:30 pm where we will close our experience hoping to have lit the flame of a new passion.

Upon arrival in Chiquilá we will take a private boat to sail to Isla Pasión, Isla Pájaros and Punta Mosquito, 3 incredible white sand islands where you will have enough free time to relax, disconnect and rest. Zip-Line, Swim & Dive in a Cenote
We'll visit my favorite cenote, Verde Lucero, which is located a 45-minute drive away, near Puerto Morelos. We'll spend a few hours swimming, diving, trying some challenges, or simply enjoying the scenery, as you prefer. The cenote offers amazing scenery, two kayaks, a zip-line, and I'll bring snorkeling masks in case you want to check out the underwater fauna. I can help you capture the experience by taking photos using your camera or GoPro should you bring one, just ask! We'll be back in Cancun by 6 pm. The drop-off spot is my favorite seafood restaurant, which is near plaza Las Americas. From there, it's easy to grab a bus, taxi, or Uber to anywhere else you'd like to go. In case you're hungry or thirsty after the tour, my guests get a free cocktail with their meal as a special offer.

Tequila Route and Visit Cantaritos el Güero
We leave Guadalajara at 10:00 to head to the Ruta del Tequila from Av. Chapultepec. It is one of the busiest and busiest streets in Gdl. El Cielo, Palancar Snorkel & Beach Party
Your tour commences at the ferry pier in Cozumel downtown. On the way to the reef you will be explained how to enjoy more your visit, the basics of snorkeling, what to do and what not to do during the tour. We make a short stop at the Paradise Beach pier to board passengers, then will sail to the world famous Palancar reef for a 45 minute guided snorkeling adventure. After snorkeling, we will sail to the calm waters of El Cielo, a natural wonder where the sea is cobalt blue, crystalline and shallow with the tropical jungle as a background, the ocean bottom is all powder sand; you can relax and enjoy this unspoiled location for about 45 minutes.
