Beachfront unique house with nice outdoor environment

In this national romantic house from 1905 you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, barbecue and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's stunning sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and gently renovated house with carpentry fun and high coziness. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and the idyllic center of Falsterbo. On the large forest area, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for borrowing.

Only 5 km from Helsingør with, among other things, Kronborg Castle, ferry to Sweden and in the summer half year also to Hven. Train station just 500 m away by train to Copenhagen every 15 min, takes only 35 min. Closest mini supermarket 200 m. There are 4 bikes available.

Easy quick transport to the city center. Ground and 1st floor have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (325 m2), easily fitting 2 families. But the villa also has an apartment below (staircase inside house) with 1 bedroom (sleeping 2-4), bathroom and living-/dining room, if you are 2 families and wish extra privacy.
