Welcome to this cosy country shelf where you're embraced by horse pastures. The peace. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. The yard have horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures, there are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Here you have everything you need for a shorter stay. The apartment is centrally located on Limhamn close to Malmö Arena (about 4km) and to Malmö city (about 5km). There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two plates, oven and microwave. In the bathroom there is a toilet, a handset, a shower and a washing machine. In the apartment there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it but some atmospheric lights can be lit. Free Internet and large TV range.

Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There are heating floors, fireplace, TV, wifi, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, micro and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: There is no kitchen. In the bedroom there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed. You are welcome to be in the garden that has a patio in the corner. Since there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. It is free parking on the street but date parking.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a quiet courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. Should be considered if you don’t walk well. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities. Please feel free to take coffee and use the coffee machine. Feel like you’re home 😊

The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Our stuga is located in the heart of the province of Skåne, southern Sweden. Cities such as Lund, Malmö, Helsingborg and Kristianstad are within one hour reach. The stuga is located in a hilly and wooded area where many beautiful walks can be taken. There are trips such as to Skånes Djurpark ( 5km. from the stuga), the beach, swimming/fishing in a lake, golfing, canoeing etc. The stuga is fully furnished and is cozy in both summer and winter months.
