Calm and sunny Loft near Parkside

I bid you heartily welcome to the former chocolate factory. The listed and lovingly restored in 2005, nuclear facility is situated in South Gohlis: Gohliser between the castle and the Schiller House (here, Schiller wrote his "Ode to Joy"), 2 minutes from the park, "Rosenthal" away. Until the famous Leipzig Zoo is a 15 minute walk. "How happy is me in Gohlis s" mused Goethe, and he should be right up to today: The situation is made for any taste - you want to jog in the morning, set in 2 minutes from the Rosenthal, a walk you want to find the park within walking distance, you can admire the Zooschaufenster the giraffes. For an extensive zoo, a footpath is to calculate 15 minutes. In the city for sightseeing or shopping, you are about 5 minutes by car. We also recommend the use of the tram, about 2 minutes from the apartment. You can reach a relaxed route through the forest road district, the city center and explore the rest of the city. I rent a large accessible 3-bedroom apartment in Leipzig-Thekla with a huge south-facing balcony, great view of Parthenaue. Everything is available, even for a longer stay. It is a new building, the raw construction look is wanted. First-class transport connection by bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn [suburban train], 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 m to the swimming lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you can be in the city or at the trade fair in 20 minutes.

Beautiful and cozy flat with a very nice view over Leipzig. Close to the city center (ca. 20 minutes on foot) and perfect traffic connections because only 5 min to the next tram or bus stop and only 15 min to the main station to go everywhere from there (Fair, Airport, etc.). Nearby you can find a supermarket (Penny, Kaufland) with tobacco shop. IMPORTANT: PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED 2 BEDROOMS.
