Very nice and well-kept duplex apartment over 2 floors in a perfect city location with excellent access. In the middle of the currently most popular district of Plagwitz and yet quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. Everything has been carefully renovated with attention to detail. The apartment has its own entrance and ground floor terrace, is generously furnished on over 50 square meters, comfortable, stylish and charming. Long-term stays are also possible, price upon request.

The location is centrally located in the district of Lindenau and well connected to public transport. On the street we run a small wine shop. There you are just as welcome as in our guest apartment. Our guest apartment is located in the Graphic Quarter, on the ground floor of a former printing house. In the courtyard building (quiet location) is also our office and our apartment - so we are easily accessible as hosts. Center and main train station are within walking distance 10 minutes, supermarket and tram 2 minutes away.
