Right outside the front door there are many free parking spaces and a tram stop. The apartment offers Smart TV, shower, a comfortable double bed and a well-equipped kitchen . There is air conditioning in the summer.

Our Apartment is located in the very popular Musikviertel of Leipzig. The city center can be reached in 5 minutes by foot and in the immediate vicinity the ''Karli'' invites you to linger with its pub scene. Our guest apartment is located in the Graphic Quarter, on the ground floor of a former printing house. In the courtyard building (quiet location) is also our office and our apartment - so we are easily accessible as hosts. Center and main train station are within walking distance 10 minutes, supermarket and tram 2 minutes away.
