Hossa National Park opens in front of the cottage. The cottage is located on the shore of the peaceful Joukojärvi lake. Cottage built in respect of traditions from a building carved in the 1890s. Heating is provided by the oven and two stoves. Electricity is produced from solar energy only during the darkest months of charging batteries with an aggregate. Wood heated sauna in the same building. The outside toilet is composted and odourless. Kainuu nature trips rent electric fat bikes, slippers and paddling equipment.

The apartment has everything you need from dishes to a washing machine. Heating spot for a car in front of the apartment and a small walk is the bus station and ski-bus stop in winter time, restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment is very clean and there is no one's personal belongings in the apartment!

Lämminhenkinen mökki Kitkanrannalla kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Hanasta tulee puhdas lähdevesi. Puilla lämmitettävä sauna. Oma ranta (80 m. mökiltä) soutuveneellä varustettuna. Talvella voi käydä pilkillä ja kesällä uida ja kalastaa. Puilla lämmitettävä kylpytynnyri sopimuksen mukaan ( lisämaksu). Lumikengät ja lasten pulkat saa käyttää. Lähellä sijaitsevat: esim Ruka noin 19 km (noin 15 min automatka) , Riisitunturille noin 15 min automatka, myös Valtavaara, Konttainen, Karhunkierros lähellä.
