The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with it's own shady deck and lake view, and lots of private beach. It is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere-not even the beach. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines liusted in "other details" ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..

The Llano River is about 500 yards from the property and the Colorado River less than 10 minutes away. Lake LBJ, Lake Buchanan and several other lakes are 10-20 minutes away. Less than 10 minutes from a major grocery store (HEB), 8 restaurants, several drive-in stores, and three Dollar Stores. Wal-Mart is an easy 15 minute drive to beautiful Marble Falls TX. There is swimming, fishing, hiking, wildlife and the beautiful outdoors of the Texas Hill Country.

We have 2 tiny houses on just under 6 acres here in Burnet. There’s a large fire pit area with a grill and some outdoor games for our guests at both houses to use. Buchanan Lake and Inks Lake are both 15-20 mins away. Spider Mountain is only 20 mins away as well! We live on the property and manage it so if you need anything during your stay we are happy to help! We are pet friendly but we do have a $20 pet fee per pet. Free WiFi!
