Updating your listing status
If you want to stop receiving new reservations and remove your listing from search results, you have options. Choose a way to manage your listing that works for you.
- Unlist for a set period of time. (up to 6 months)
- Unlist it indefinitely. Then relist it whenever you're ready.
- Remove it if you’ll no longer host your place (all confirmed reservations must be complete)
If you unlist, you’ll still host your guests for any confirmed reservations.
Unlisting for a set period of time
To unlist your listing and hide it from search results for a set period of time:
- Go to Listings, and select the listing you want
- Under Listing basics, go to Listing status and click Edit
- Click Unlist, and choose start and end dates
- Click Save
- Tap Profile
and then tap Switch to hosting
- Tap Menu, then Listings
and tap the listing you want
- Tap Listing status, and tap Status
- Tap Unlist, and choose start and end dates
- Tap Done
- Tap Profile
and then tap Switch to hosting
- Tap Menu, then Listings
and tap the listing you want
- Tap Listing status, and tap Status
- Tap Unlist, and choose start and end dates
- Tap Done
- Go to Listings, and select the listing you want
- Under Listing basics, go to Listing status and tap Edit
- Tap Unlist, and choose start and end dates
- Tap Save
Unlisting for an unspecified time
Unlist your listing from search results indefinitely. You'll always have the option to relist when you're ready.
To remove your listing from search results indefinitely:
- Go to Listings, and select the listing you want
- Under Listing basics, go to Listing status and click Edit
- Click Unlisted, and select the reason you're unlisting
- Click Unlist
- Tap Profile
and then tap Switch to hosting
- Tap Menu, then Listings
, and tap the listing you want
- Tap Booking settings, and go to Management
- Tap Status, and select the reason you're unlisting
- Tap Unlist
- Tap Profile
and then tap Switch to hosting
- Tap Menu, then Listings
, and tap the listing you want
- Tap Booking settings, and go to Management
- Tap Status, and select the reason you're unlisting
- Tap Unlist
- Go to Listings, and select the listing you want
- Under Listing basics, go to Listing status and tap Edit
- Tap Unlisted, and select the reason you're unlisting
- Tap Unlist
Removing your listing
To remove your listing:
- Go to Listings, and select the listing you want
- Under Listing basics, go to Listing status and click Edit
- Click Remove listing, and select the reason you're removing
- Click Once you confirm the decision, click Yes, remove
- Tap Profile
and then tap Switch to hosting
- Tap Menu, then Listings
, and tap the listing you want
- Tap Booking settings, go to Management and tap Status
- Tap Remove listing, and select the reason you're removing
- Tap Yes, remove
- Tap Profile
and then tap Switch to hosting
- Tap Menu, then Listings
, and tap the listing you want
- Tap Booking settings, go to Management and tap Status
- Tap Remove listing, and select the reason you're removing
- Tap Yes, remove
- Go to Listings, and select the listing you want
- Under Listing basics, go to Listing status and tap Edit
- Tap Remove listing, and select the reason you're removing
- Tap Yes, remove
Keep in mind that deactivating your listing won’t impact any reviews from your guests or reviews you’ve left them—they’ll still show on the public profiles.
