Require a profile photo for booking
It’s nice to know who to expect when welcoming people into your place.
To require a profile photo:
- Go to Listings and select the listing you’d like to require a photo for
- Click Policies and rules
- Under Guest requirements, enable Profile photo required
- Tap Profile
and then tap Switch to hosting 
- Tap Menu, then Listings
and select the listing you’d like to require a photo for - Tap Booking settings > Guest requirements
- Enable Profile photo
- Tap Profile and then tap Switch to hosting
- Tap Menu, then Listings and select the listing you’d like to require a photo for
- Tap Booking settings > Guest requirements
- Enable Profile photo
- Tap Listings and select the listing you’d like to require a photo for
- Tap Policies and Rules
- Under Guest requirements, enable Profile photo required
Keep in mind: Profile photos aren’t displayed until after the booking is confirmed.
If a guest’s photo doesn’t include their face, or it features something unhelpful—like a cartoon—you can contact us to cancel, penalty-free.
