All the comforts of working, cooking at home, relaxing and discovering Granada. Casa Santa Paula is a unique space designed to share with friends or family a different experience in the heart of Granada. Enjoy its 200m2 distributed over three floors of unique materials and finishes, its three bedrooms, three bathrooms, its two terraces, its huge marble kitchen, and the large living room with high ceilings where you can relax with your friends or family in a unique environment. It has WiFi, large television, terrace with views enabled to smoke, elliptical bike, stereo, nespresso machine and large kitchen very well equipped. Parties and bachelor parties are not allowed in the house. The whole house is at your disposal, you will have all the privacy. You can call me by phone or text to make any questions. I speak fluent English. The house is located in the historic center of Granada, commercial and leisure lung of the old Nasrid capital. From the accommodation itself are born the narrow streets that lead to the Cathedral, to the different terraces, squares and the Albaicín. We found a parking lot for the car 50 meters from the house. The bus stops to climb the Albaicín, the Alhambra or the Sacromonte are 5 minutes away. Since the house is located in the heart of central Granada, the area is full of shops and restaurants with flexible hours and you can access practically any place on foot. There is a public car park 1 minute away.

Conditioned house in very good condition, in a privileged area of the Albayzin neighborhood, declared by Unesco, a World Heritage Site. Pedestrian area. 5 minutes away, San Nicolás viewpoint famous for its spectacular views, restaurants, terraces, supermarket, flamenco board, etc. Ideal couples and families. Going: 15 minutes downtown Granada, Cathedral, Cartuja Monastery and 30 minutes to the Alhambra. Bus 5 min direction centro and albayzin-Alhambra. Parking 200 meters from the house, €10 per day.

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
