Cozy room & private bathroom in the centre

Clean and cozy bedroom with A/C (cool / heat) and a private bathroom next to it (not ensuite). Right at the flat entrance so quite independent. There's a kettle and a fridge and some tea, coffee, juice, bread, cheese, etc. for you to make breakfast in the room. No access to the kitchen or any other areas. There won't be other guests but I do live in the flat. This was Airbnb's original idea: Staying at someone's home! You'll have the comfort of a hotel and the warmth of a home at a hostel price.

It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.

Come and meet us: incredible views, art and culture. You'll love my place because of its people, the atmosphere, the neighborhood, and outdoor areas. My accommodation is great for couples, adventurers, and independent travelers. Magic and bohemian quartier. Great location, 5 min. city-center, tea houses, Arab baths, zambra, restaurants and stores. Surrounded by nature, pedestrian, quiet and quiet, but lively and authentic. You can walk around and feel surprising rumors and millennial scents.

Habitación tipo suite, con baño completo dentro de la habitación, recién reformada. Mi hijo Leo se ha independizado y actualmente vivo con mi hija Belinda y aprovechamos para alquilar su habitación. En el centro de Granada, en un barrio que a pesar de estar a 5 minutos de la Catedral, no es turístico, es residencial, por lo que disponemos de todos los servicios necesarios. Zona peatonal, aunque se puede acceder con el coche para descargar, hay parking de pago alrededor. Sin ascensor, piso 1.

We are on a pedestrian street so there is no car noise.
