Cottage 12 people, Baltic Sea with boat & sauna

My place is close to Greifswald. 220 m² holiday house directly on the water. With its special location between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. A rowing boat is available to tenants on site and from Feb.2018 a sauna in the sauna house. You'll love my place because of pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is good for families and groups.

Fancy a break, with a lot of nature, peace, clean air and sea breeze? Completely renovated in 2020, our house stands in the middle of a natural, wildly romantic garden. Rustic oak floorboards and fireplace meet modern minimalism. Located on a headland in the southeast of Rügen in a small, former fishing village, it is located away from the tourist hustle and bustle, within walking distance of the water. We rent a cozy cottage in quiet camp. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and television. The smaller has a double sofa bed and also a TV set. The large living kitchen in American style is fully equipped. The living area is open plan and invites you to relax by the fireplace. 5 min to the beach. If necessary, also second parking space.
