Charming house with a great location.

Charming house in a great location. The house has 3 rooms and a loft as well as bathroom and kitchen. It is sorrounded by a very nice garden and has access to its own south facing terrace with garden furniture. Copenhagen and Elsinore can be reached in 20 minutes, and Rungsted harbor with many restaurants and a nice beach within minutes. Louisiana Art Museum, Kronborg Castle are nearby. The hosts live in an independent house in the same place and are available to give you a perfect vacation.

It is located 1000m from the beach, 500m from the forest, 1000m from the harbor, 800m from the train and bus station and 500m from shopping. The nearby surroundings are cozy and family friendly. Free parking spaces near the house. There is WIFI available in the house. No smoking inside the house!!

The house is from 2015 and part of an association of terraced houses with a child-friendly environment. On 118sqm over 3 levels you find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and a specious kitchen with sofa. The outdoor area includes a balcony and a backyard with outdoor furniture. Our light, bright and beautiful family home is a relatively new house built in 2012. The large garden is great for outdoor activities and the large partly covered deck is a great place to relax. Only 25 minutes from downtown Copenhagen, we are close to forrest, lakes and public transport. The house includes 4 bedrooms plus extra sleeping options in the living space with a sofabed. There is a small games room in on the first floor with a large TV and a Playstation.

House with tiled stove near the sea in peaceful area in Bunkeflostrand. Perfect starting point for relaxation, adventure and shopping. Enjoy a large garden with patio and south-facing barbecue. There are five bikes to borrow. Walking paths along the sea overlooking the Öresund Bridge, large green areas and playground are just a few minutes walking distance. Biking distance to lovely beaches. The bus takes you quickly to Hyllie, Malmö and Copenhagen.
