Here the parents sleep well in a large 180 cm bed with the children in the room next door. The hill is located directly outside the house and on the plot the children can play while the parents cook. Here no car is needed, it is only a five minute walk to the shop, restaurants, ski rental and train station. The ski bus to Åre runs 50 meters from the house.

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully situated above E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to reach the village. If you want to take a bus, go down to the E14 bus stop. You can bring your skis or board on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can hike, fish, dog sledding, hire snowmobiles and a variety of other activities.
