DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 years, or alternatively in the company of the guardian. 25 sqm plus 12 sqm sleeping loft. 150 meters to Åre bakery and ski bus (which goes directly to thevm8). Note: NO PARTIES! Walking distance from the square and station as well as the airport bus.

Cozy tiny house in central best location in Duved. 1 room with sofa bed, 2 beds, 2 minutes to everything! Nearest neighbor is Byliften. Best Ski-In & Ski-out location! Although the house is small, there is everything you need. A nice place built 120 cm wide bed with a 90 cm bed above. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for two people, TV, WiFi, fully tiled toilet with shower and floor heating. The house has white painted walls with oak parquet. Outside the house, there is a small terrace with table and chairs facing south. Access to grill.

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue area on the patio with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake view, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the corner. The cottage is cozy decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fire pit that makes the cabin even more cozy if possible. Wifi is available. Small and simple accommodation of about 25 m2, room for 1-3 people (sofa bed and sleeping loft with two beds). Staircase/ladder up to the sleeping loft, see photos. Perfect location for skiers and outdoor people, located about 200 meters from Mullfjället and Duved's ski system, is easily reached on foot. Kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, fridge w/freezer compartment, coffee maker, etc. TV with chromecast (OBS! not “regular” channels). Dining area with wall firm fold-out table and four chairs. Small fresh bathroom with a shower and WC.

Newly built contemporary house right by the lift in Duved

Welcome to Duved's paradise. Completely newly built house with exclusive materials in a perfect location with Byliften as the nearest neighbor. Cozy patio overlooking the hill. Here the parents sleep well in a large 180 cm bed with the children in the room next door. The hill is located directly outside the house and on the plot the children can play while the parents cook. Here no car is needed, it is only a five minute walk to the shop, restaurants, ski rental and train station. The ski bus to Åre runs 50 meters from the house.

Newly-built cottage by the foot of the mountain with Ski-In

Max the mountain trip in our cozy cottage, right next to Duved's lovely ski system. Here you avoid the congestion inside Åre! A short walk will take you to the ski slopes; home you ski all the way – Ski-In. If you want to go in Åre/Björnen, there is a bus/ski bus stop 1 minute away. Several hiking trails are nearby. After a day on the mountain, you can enjoy the wood-fired sauna on our property and maybe have a refreshing swim in the mountain stream next door. Duveds Restaurants is only a 5-10 minute walk away

Brattland bike/ski lodge is located scenic above E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking available at the houses. By car, it is 10 minutes to the village. If you want to take a bus, you get down to the stop at E14. You can bring skis or board the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can hike, fish, go dog sledding, rent a snowmobile and a variety of other activities. You can get directly from the house to hiking trails and cross country biking. If you have any questions, you can call us and ask.

Mountain cottage by lake, for adventure and rest

We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. They love the cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door. A boat is included in the rent. The area is famous for skiing, hiking, cycling, kayaking in lakes and rapids. A perfect starting point for adventure and for those who seek rest in pure nature in all seasons. And it is only 20 minutes to the tourist metropolis of Åre

Cosy little studio at the top of Tegefjäll

Ski in ski out location on the mountain. This 17 sq.m studio is separated from the main house with a great view. Underfloor heating plus a storage area for ski and snowboards. Less than 50 meters from the slopes . The property is nearly at the top of of tegefjallvagen and is at least a 15 minute walk from the ski bus or bottom of the slope.Less than a minute to ski down to the chair lift ! When arriving by train a taxi is advisable so you can be dropped at the top outside the studio no 96.

One large room with a bed (140 cm), sofa (which can be used as a bed), desk. NO KITCHEN but there is a small refrigerator, micro & water boiler. As a hotel room - larger. Good storage and drying facilities. WIFI, TV with apple TV. Own part of patio. Not shoveled in winter. Parking space - by house. "Trixy" driveway up, due to road conditions.

Modern & cosy apartment in Åre!

Modern och mysig lägenhet i ski in/ski out läge. Lägenheten ligger i ett lugnt område på solhyllan i Duved, med både pist och längdspår runt hörnet. Du har även närhet till både padel, tennis, gym, affärer mm. Till Åre är det ca 8 km, och du tar dig enkelt med skidbuss, bil eller tåg. I lägenheten finns det bastu, och på den stora terassen finns ett spabad. Påslakan och handdukar medtages, i övrigt är lägenheten välutrustad. Vi hoppas verkligen att ni ska trivas här!
